A low demand approach can be used as a way to manage anxiety and prevent distressed behaviour and decrease anxiety.

 

The session will be facilitated by one of our Peer Educators who all have lived experience. 

 

Great Minds Together is holding this online session for personal assistants & carers of autistic children, young people, and adults on the diagnostic pathway living in the North-West of England (however, no diagnosis is needed).

 

Our Drop-In is free to attend and is held virtually online.
